Going to university is a challenge you may still be considering. This
site aims to help you make up your mind, or confirm your decision. We
will give you impartial advice and practical information that relates
to your situation.
You could be:
- A mature student: aged 21 - 65+
- A student with a disability, medical condition or mental health problem
- Dyslexic
- A single parent
- The family wage earner
- Someone looking to change career
- The first person in your family to consider university
- Balancing academic study with your cultural beliefs and traditions
- Someone who has other issues - each student is an individual
Why use this site?
We have a lot of experience in supporting students through their university careers and enabling them to meet their full potential. We know that, along the way, there can be unexpected difficulties and barriers for very many students.
We want to help you to prepare for university and to make the most of it when you get there.
This site is intended for all students, not just those who have chosen UCE.
